Balpex offers two membership types:
Full Membership
Criteria
- Your company is an incorporated paper, packaging or sanitation distributor with full warehouse facilities, which has been in operation for no less than five (5) years.
- You can provide financial statements for the last two (2) years.
- You can provide audited financial statements within a reasonable time frame of three (3) months after close of your fiscal year on an annual basis.
- At least $150,000 of your annual rebate volume of products is from approved suppliers.
- Your company can post the desired securities and fees required.
Associate Membership
Criteria
- You’ve been an incorporated distributor with full warehouse facilities for no less than five (5) years.
- You can provide financial statements for the last two (2) years.
- You can provide audited financial statements within a reasonable time frame of three (3) months after close of fiscal year on an annual basis.
- You’re committed to growing into a voting member.
